If you are unsatisfied with any of your received products, we are more than happy to listen and to assist in any way we can. Our policies are designed for you to be able to order with complete confidence in our products and customer service.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

SHIPPING & EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

10-15 business days delivery from the order date.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns based on sizing, nor do we accept returns on customized teamwear products (including names, numbers, sponsors, club crests etc). If customized products are shipped to us without our approval, these items will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for supplying the customer with applicable return labels or any shipping costs included in the return.

If a product has a sizing error, we will require a picture of the item, measured according to the size chart provided in the product description. We will then be happy to provide a return if there has been a production error on your order. Follow the buttons below to submit a return request:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer full cancellation refunds on orders cancelled the same business day (Until 5 pm EST). We are not liable to offer any refunds for notices made after the same business day 5pm EST cancellation mark.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept exchanges based on sizing, nor do we accept exchanges on customized teamwear products (including names, numbers, sponsors, club crests etc). If customized products are shipped to us without our approval, these items will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for supplying the customer with applicable return labels or any shipping costs included in the return.

All store products are visualized via graphic design mock-ups. While trying our very best to match all physical products to the graphic design, there might be variations due to lightning, highlights, shades, and device settings. We do not accept returns based on these variations.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?

Refunded product(s) will refunded and credited via the initial payment info made for the first order. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for the return and refund to be processed.

 

Exchanged product(s) will be exchanged and processed once the exchange product(s) has been received at the exchange location. Once shipped from the customer to us, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for the exchange to be delivered via our distribution center.
